Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify ayu89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- Never share your password with anyone, including family members.
- Use a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Always log out of your account when you're done using a shared device.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Intellectual Property
All content on the ayu89 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of ayu89 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from ayu89.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ayu89 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers and supported e-wallets. ayu89 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Transaction Verification & Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to verification and processing by the respective bank or payment provider. ayu89 does not guarantee exact processing times, as these depend on third-party systems. For withdrawals, users are required to complete full identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request can be processed. The name on the bank account must match the name registered on the ayu89 account.
Bonus & Rollover Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ayu89 are subject to specific rollover requirements. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met. ayu89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Deposits must be made using a bank account registered under your own name.
- Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit.
- Ayu89 reserves the right to request proof of payment or supporting documents for any suspicious transaction.
- Any attempted fraud or transaction manipulation will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Account Suspension & Closure
Ayu89 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, match manipulation, or any unlawful activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Account closure requested by the user.
- Any directive issued by the relevant authorities.
Third-Party Links
The ayu89 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. ayu89 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of such links.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Modify
Ayu89 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms.
